Haley graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Evansville, Indiana, followed by training in trauma intensive care nursing at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky. Haley graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Evansville, Indiana, followed by training in trauma intensive care nursing at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
